Coalition Technologies is seeking an Office Assistant to provide support for various tasks while contributing to a fun and innovative work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering phones and emails.
- Completing entry-level bookkeeping, including recording expenses and organizing receipts.
- Resolving billing issues with clients and internal team members.
- Providing account access, usage reports, and data analysis.
- Supporting quality assurance checks of reports.
- Organizing new client contracts, creating invoices, and processing payments.
- Maintaining internal databases and conducting data entry.
- Researching, ordering, and distributing company-wide gifts.
- Organizing company events and special projects.
- Managing company holiday and time off schedules.
Requirements
- Willingness to learn and grow with the team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of discretion, ethics, and trustworthiness.
- Intermediate spreadsheet skills (preferred).
- Innovative thinking and a willingness to suggest improvements.
- Experience in bookkeeping/financial record keeping (preferred).
- Experience with Google Sheets, Excel, Quickbooks Online, and G-Suite (preferred).
- A reliable remote workspace with necessary equipment.
