Overview

As a Full-Stack Rails Tech Lead, you will architect and implement LLM-powered web applications within a microservices-based Rails platform while collaborating with a high-impact team.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain Rails applications (Rails 8).
• Integrate LLMs into the microservices architecture for state management and user experiences.
• Enhance front-end experiences with Hotwire, StimulusJS, or React.
• Optimize LLM inference for low latency and cost.

Requirements

• 5+ years of expert-level Ruby experience.
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails (Rails 6-8 preferred).
• Experience with PostgreSQL (or MySQL), Elasticsearch, Redis, and Docker.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as StimulusJS or JavaScript ES6, Tailwind CSS, HTML, and HTTP.
• Experience integrating AI/ML models with web applications.
