Overview

One Earth is seeking a Senior Director of Programs & Impact to help lead and integrate initiatives focused on climate change and biodiversity solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of program strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Translate strategy into clear workplans and success metrics
• Oversee daily operations and manage the Solutions Finance program
• Identify program risks and develop partnership strategies
• Support grant writing, reporting, and donor communications
• Supervise program staff and manage contractor relationships
• Develop and manage program budgets
• Establish monitoring, evaluation, and learning systems

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, program strategy, or related fields
• Deep knowledge of environmental and social justice issues
• Proven supervisory experience and strong budget management skills
• Excellent communication skills and experience with MEL systems
• Proficiency with remote collaboration tools
