Applications are open for the OPEC Fund Young Professional Development Program (YPDP) 2026, a structured two-year program designed to prepare young professionals from OPEC Fund member countries for careers in global development.

Eligibility
- National of an OPEC Fund member country
- 30 years or younger at the time of application
- Master’s degree or higher from a reputable university with excellent academic performance
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
- Specialization in fields relevant to the OPEC Fund’s work (e.g., Economics, Finance, Engineering, IT, Law, Human Resources, Business Administration)
- Ability to work in a global and culturally diverse environment
- Understanding of the OPEC Fund’s mandate and mission
- Willingness to serve at the OPEC Fund for at least two years upon completion of the program
