    Eligibility

    • National of an OPEC Fund member country
    • 30 years or younger at the time of application
    • Master’s degree or higher from a reputable university with excellent academic performance
    • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
    • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
    • Specialization in fields relevant to the OPEC Fund’s work (e.g., Economics, Finance, Engineering, IT, Law, Human Resources, Business Administration)
    • Ability to work in a global and culturally diverse environment
    • Understanding of the OPEC Fund’s mandate and mission
    • Willingness to serve at the OPEC Fund for at least two years upon completion of the program
