Operations and Grants Manager @Global Resilience Partnership

Overview

The Global Resilience Partnership (GRP) is currently recruiting a full-time Operations and Grants Manager for a remote, six-month contract starting June 1, 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full grant lifecycle including proposal review, compliance checks, and grant close-out processes.
• Maintain grant tracking systems and support compliance requirements for program teams.
• Ensure efficient day-to-day organizational operations and manage HR administration.
• Lead procurement processes and ensure compliance.
• Manage contract deliverables and provide compliance guidance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Programs, and Senior Management teams.

Requirements

• An advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, Procurement, or International Development.
• 5–7 years of experience in operations, grants management, and contracts administration.
• Strong knowledge of donor regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and integrity.

Benefits

• Salary: $5,000–$6,000 per month.
• Remote work option with the possibility of based in South Africa.
• Full-time contractor position (40 hours per week).
