Overview

This position offers an opportunity for experienced professionals to support Oxfam International's global advocacy and campaign work as the Operations Manager for the Inequality, Economic and Climate Justice Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership and workflow management for the Inequality, Economic and Climate Justice Advocacy and Campaigns Team.
• Support the implementation of strategic decisions made by campaign leadership.
• Coordinate administrative processes and strengthen internal knowledge management systems.
• Manage project planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting for a priority global campaign.
• Work closely with the Campaign Strategist and project teams to deliver annual advocacy initiatives.
• Support the coordination of Oxfam's high-profile global campaign around the World Economic Forum.
• Promote effective collaboration across international teams and partners.

Requirements

• Experienced in international development, advocacy, campaign operations, and programme management.
