Overview

Oxfam Kenya is seeking a qualified consultant or consultancy firm to conduct a Mid-Term Review (MTR) for the Time to Care (TTC) Project, focusing on improving gender equality and care infrastructure for women and girls in Kenya.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct key informant interviews with policymakers, community leaders, and stakeholders.
• Facilitate focus group discussions with domestic workers and employers.
• Collect personal impact stories from women domestic workers.
• Perform triangulation of qualitative and quantitative findings.
• Facilitate validation workshops with stakeholders.
• Produce high-quality outputs including inception and MTR reports.

Requirements

• Proven experience conducting evaluations.
• Strong background in participatory and qualitative research methodologies.
• Knowledge of gender equality and domestic worker rights.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
