Overview

Aflatoun International is offering a 6-month paid international internship in Europe and Central Asia (ECA) focusing on network management. This internship provides hands-on experience in partner engagement, training coordination, and strategic mapping within a global NGO.

Key Responsibilities

• Support ongoing ECA regional activities and engage partners via the Aflatoun Partner Platform.
• Research new education and development opportunities in Europe & Central Asia.
• Assist in planning and coordinating training logistics for workshops and webinars.
• Support online training delivery and translate training materials.
• Map institutions and regional bodies working on social & financial education.
• Identify and assess potential partners in priority countries.
• Support engagement of strategic regional partners.
• Provide logistical and digital support for online trainings and translate/proofread project materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, or related fields.
• Experience working with children or youth is an asset.
• Fluent English and Russian (written & spoken) are essential.
• Additional European or Central Asian languages are a strong advantage.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Comfortable working in a small, multicultural team.
• Advanced digital skills are a plus.
• High level of professional integrity and confidentiality.
