Partner Executive - SLED @NICE Ltd.

Overview

The role involves seeking a seasoned Partner Executive to own and scale partnerships with Global Systems Integrators in the State, Local Government, and Education (SLED) vertical. This position is critical to the company's strategy, focusing on driving growth and strategic partnerships in the public sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and operationalize a comprehensive go-to-market plan with GSIs to generate pipeline, including demand generation, events, campaigns, and executive alignment.
• Oversee all opportunity creation and evolution, driving value for customers and partners.
• Track and report KPIs related to influenced pipeline, software integration transactions, and co-sell impact; collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and RevOps.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Engineering to align the partnership with company goals and customer requirements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of total professional experience, particularly in CCaaS, AI, and/or CRM.
• Deep understanding of cloud ecosystems, SaaS business models, and joint architecture co-sell motions.
• Proven track record of driving revenue through strategic technology partnerships or alliances.
• Strong operational discipline and experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) and partnership platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal, project management, and executive communication skills.
• Experience within start-up and enterprise SaaS/AI environments preferred.

Location
