Partner Manager - German Speaker @Algolia

Overview

Algolia is a leading company in AI Search, serving over 18,000 businesses worldwide. The Partner Manager for DACH will execute Algolia's partner strategy across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, with a primary focus on Germany. This role involves collaboration with various partners to integrate Algolia into their solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Algolia's partner strategy across DACH, focusing on Germany.
• Manage a portfolio of consulting partners, systems integrators, and technology partners.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners into the Algolia Partner Program.
• Shape agentic solutions that integrate Algolia with technology partners.
• Coordinate the go-to-market strategy with partners to enhance collaborations.
• Enable partners on Algolia’s product and technical capabilities.
• Develop and maintain pipeline creation for the DACH partner portfolio.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in a senior Alliance, Channel, or Partner role.
• Strong technical fluency, familiar with APIs and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience working with cloud partners (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
• Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with Salesforce.com for managing opportunities.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

Benefits

Algolia offers a flexible workplace strategy, allowing for remote or hybrid work. The total cash compensation for this role ranges from £108,000 to £150,000 GBP, depending on location and experience.
