Partner Success Manager @Float

Overview

The Partner Success Manager role at Float is designed for individuals who will manage relationships with accounting firms, bookkeepers, fractional CFOs, affiliates, VCs, and consultants who refer clients to Float. The company's mission is to simplify finance for Canadian businesses through its innovative platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow the partner book by increasing the average number of clients per partner.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews, manage multi-product attachment, and oversee partner payouts.
• Re-engage partners on the entire product suite and pursue expansion opportunities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners across all client accounts.
• Address operational gaps that hinder scale and advocate for partner needs in internal discussions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or channel partnerships in B2B SaaS or fintech.
• Nice to have: CPA, CA or CFA designation, or direct experience with accountants.
• Bilingual in French and English is advantageous.
• Ability to leverage data to prioritize efforts and work across various platforms.
• Strong understanding of accounting and advisory practices.
