Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to improve leadership effectiveness and organizational performance.
• Support managers in handling people matters, improving managerial capabilities and decision-making.
• Design and facilitate initiatives that enhance leadership capabilities.
• Partner with managers on performance management across the employee lifecycle.
• Advise on organizational design, team structures, and workforce effectiveness.
• Manage sensitive employee relations matters across multiple jurisdictions.
• Use people data and insights to improve organizational effectiveness.
• Strengthen collaboration and accountability among teams.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in People Business Partnering or strategic HR roles.
• Experience in scaling, global, and remote-first organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management and coaching skills.
• Ability to manage complex performance and change matters.
• Commercially minded with strong judgement and relationship-building capabilities.
• Comfortable in ambiguous environments and adept at structuring evolving processes.
• Digitally fluent with an interest in technology and automation within HR functions.
• Data-informed mindset with experience in translating insights into actionable recommendations.
