People Generalist, EPD @Webflow

Overview

Webflow is looking for a People Generalist to support its Engineering, Product, & Design (EPD) organization, acting as the operational backbone for the EPD people function. This remote role will involve partnering with managers and employees on lifecycle events and managing various programs that ensure team health and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for EPD managers and employees, addressing HR questions and coaching on immediate issues.
• Participate in employee lifecycle events (onboarding, transfers, resignations, offboarding) and manage related programs.
• Support performance documentation and investigations, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Execute and communicate business programs, including performance review cycles and L&D initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder relationships in a matrixed structure while navigating shifting priorities.
• Utilize AI tools and automation to enhance program execution and reporting.
• Collaborate closely with management to ensure effective communication of organizational context.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of HR generalist or HR business partner experience, preferably in technical or product teams.
• Strong process discipline and ability to handle high volumes of queries with independent judgment.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic organization, willing to embrace AI and new technologies.
