Our client is an Australian company operating in the energy comparison industry.

About the role

We are looking for a hands-on, results-driven Performance Marketer to oversee our client's digital marketing efforts, lead website design and performance, and manage paid Google and Meta campaigns.

This is a part-time role to work on a 2 months project which would require 20 hours a week. If you deliver results during the initial 2 months, there is an opportunity to continue working with the client on a long-term basis.

• Oversee all website projects – from UX/UI updates to landing page performance and CRO.
• Manage paid Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns.
• Ensure marketing strategies are implemented effectively, maintain quality control, and monitor campaign performance.
• Manage media buying across Google and Meta, including campaigns with significant advertising budgets.
• Leverage APIs to integrate lead forms, automation tools, analytics platforms and CRMs.
• Report weekly on performance metrics (CTR, CPL, conversions, ROAS) and identify areas for optimization.
• Create creatives using AI tools and Canva. High-level graphic design skills are not required.
• Continuously test and optimise campaigns, landing pages, audiences and creatives to improve performance.

About you

• Strong hands-on experience in performance marketing and media buying.
• Proven experience managing high advertising budgets across Google and Meta.
• Experience independently setting up and managing landing pages and paid campaigns.
• Experience with GoHighLevel or equivalent platforms for campaign testing.
• Comfortable creating basic ad creatives using AI tools and Canva.
