Key Responsibilities
- Become an expert in Pinterest campaign best practices, serving as a resource for performance-related opportunities.
- Act as the primary strategic technical contact for sales and clients, supporting the activation of performance campaigns with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Simplify complex processes and products for a less technical audience.
- Collaborate with sellers to propose strategies for adopting new performance products at scale.
- Provide strategic thought leadership to top clients within the USA and Canada.
- Identify issues faced by clients and propose automated or improved solutions.
- Adapt best practices to fit regional markets and connect feedback between stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital advertising, ad tech, or campaign management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with tagging, tracking QA, and working with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of digital advertising, campaign optimization, and technical troubleshooting.
- Strong communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently.
- Technical experience in Search/Shopping/Display/Social advertising technologies.
- Working knowledge of APIs and web analytics strategies for e-commerce.
