About the Role

The Regional Operations Manager will be responsible for managing all operational activities related to syndicated FMCG retail and wholesale sales and merchandising services within the assigned region.

The role focuses on improving operational efficiency, maintaining high merchandising standards, ensuring product availability, and leading regional teams to deliver outstanding service to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Planning

• Lead regional operational planning and execution.
• Ensure operational consistency across all syndicated services.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Sales and Merchandising Excellence

• Ensure merchandising standards are consistently achieved.
• Improve product availability and representation across retail outlets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and wholesale partners.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants should possess:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years’ operational experience within the FMCG sector.
• At least 1 year of managerial experience.

• Proven ability to improve operational efficiency and merchandising performance.
• Experience managing large, distributed teams.
• Experience working with retail and wholesale partners across extensive geographical areas.
• Strong experience within the liquor industry.
