Overview

The role involves serving as a Principal Product Designer for Vertical Solutions at UiPath, focusing on creating intuitive and effective user experiences for agentic AI products across various industries, including healthcare and financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end experience for your assigned vertical, including administrative and dashboard functionalities.
• Facilitate learning processes for agents collaborating with experienced professionals.
• Decide on the generalization path between shared capabilities and vertical-specific features.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineering, and platform partners on direction and product execution.
• Contribute to the product repository by opening pull requests and ensuring design alignment with product metrics.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product design with an emphasis on user experience.
• Ability to engage with customers to identify real needs and not just stated wants.
• Strong experience in navigating unfamiliar fields and enhancing quality proactively.
• Comfort with modern frontend technology and experience with Claude Code.
• Ability to articulate design decisions effectively in cross-functional settings.
• Experience with GitHub, Figma, and Claude.ai.
