    Overview

    Ferocia is a team focused on building better financial experiences for Australians, operating as the digital division of Bendigo Bank. The role involves joining as a Product Manager to develop tools for detecting, responding to, and reporting financial crimes.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Define requirements for solutions that are appreciated by users.
    • Provide insights to steer product roadmaps and propose ambitious features.
    • Communicate within the project team and across management to build trust.
    • Document ROI for actions, features, or prioritisation decisions.
    • Collaborate with development teams to facilitate feature enhancements.
    • Identify interdependencies among programs and products.
    • Ensure products comply with risk, compliance, and legal obligations.
    • Develop timelines and ensure delivery goals are understood.
    • Gather feedback and improve product development processes.
    • Prepare staff and customers to use the developed products.
    • Present to senior leadership teams.

    Requirements

    • 3-5 years of experience in designing and delivering end-to-end projects with engineering teams.
    • Passion for pushing boundaries and continuous learning.
    • Project delivery experience, with the ability to track progress and report effectiveness.
    • Product lens to understand customer and business needs.
    • Independence with the ability to work autonomously while knowing when to seek help.
    • Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple tools and stakeholders.
    • Quick learner in the field of Financial Crimes (preferred but not mandatory).
