    Overview

    Float is on a mission to simplify finance for Canadian businesses through its innovative platform. They are looking for a Product Operations Manager to join their team and work on corporate card and spend management products.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Size and build the business case for roadmap initiatives.
    • Own the reporting and dashboards for the product area.
    • Turn customer and field feedback into actionable prioritization signals.
    • Lead analysis for major investment decisions across teams.
    • Build AI-assisted workflows for research and reporting efficiency.
    • Partner with data engineering to access necessary data, including writing SQL queries.
    • Identify risks and trade-offs early, providing options.

    Requirements

    • 3–6 years in product operations, strategy and operations, or a similar analytical role.
    • Strong SQL and spreadsheet modeling skills.
    • Experience in building impactful business cases.
    • Proven ability in building reporting and dashboards.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Practical AI fluency with examples of workflow automation.
    • Ability to work across teams and handle multiple priorities.
