Key Responsibilities
- Support capacity-building programs and learning initiatives
- Coordinate webinars, online courses, and participant engagement
- Develop multimedia educational content and training resources
- Manage learning platforms and track program progress
- Support online resource centers and knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Assist with communications and promotional content
- Engage with member organizations and global partners
- Participate in organizational planning and collaborative activities
Requirements
- At least three years of relevant professional experience in nonprofit programs, training, communications, community engagement, or related areas
- Strong interest in participatory democracy, civic engagement, policymaking, or social impact
- Experience with instructional design, online facilitation, or digital learning tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and teamwork abilities
- Experience using Google Workspace tools
- Proficiency in languages such as French, Spanish, or Portuguese is desirable
- Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Zoom, project management software, or AI tools is a plus
Benefits
The position offers a salary range of USD 60,000 – USD 74,000 annually, adjusted according to local cost of living and candidate experience.

Location
The role is fully remote and can be based anywhere in the world.
