    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in conducting research on topics related to Latin America and the Caribbean.
    • Contribute to reports, briefs, and policy papers.
    • Support ongoing research projects and data collection.
    • Organize and manage both public and private events.
    • Coordinate logistics such as scheduling, invitations, and venue arrangements.
    • Assist in stakeholder engagement and follow-ups.
    • Support the development of communication materials.
    • Assist in outreach efforts to expand program visibility.
    • Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
    • Manage documentation, scheduling, and coordination tasks.

    Requirements

    • Spanish fluency is required.
    • Portuguese proficiency is considered an advantage.
