Overview

Bridge Connect Africa Initiative is seeking a qualified and experienced Short-Term External Evaluator for the WAVES (Women Against Violence Empowered through Sustainability) Project. This evaluation aims to assess project progress, measure impact, and generate actionable insights that will strengthen ongoing and future interventions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement an evaluation framework and methodology
Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data
Engage stakeholders, beneficiaries, and partners through interviews or surveys
Assess project achievements against set objectives and indicators
Develop a comprehensive evaluation report with findings and recommendations

Requirements

Proven experience in project evaluation, research, or monitoring & evaluation (M&E)
Strong analytical and report-writing skills
Background in gender, development studies, social sciences, or related fields
Familiarity with donor-funded projects and NGO operations is an advantage
Ability to deliver within tight timelines and maintain high-quality standards
