    The Bezos Earth Fund is seeking a conservation professional to serve as a Program Manager for a global species recovery initiative, focusing on delivering measurable outcomes for endangered species.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage day-to-day operations for the flagship species recovery initiative.
    • Provide oversight to ensure strong performance and accountability.
    • Review and synthesize partner reports and performance metrics.
    • Support the initiative’s Steering Committee by convening meetings and tracking actions.
    • Monitor progress across the Species portfolio and maintain clarity on recovery goals.
    • Lead internal communications and collaborate with Nature Communications.
    • Build and maintain relationships with implementing organizations and partners.
    • Support the development of the long-term Species portfolio strategy.

    Requirements

    • Advanced degree in conservation biology or related field.
    • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in species conservation.
    • Experience managing multi-partner conservation initiatives.
    • Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
    • Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.

    Benefits

    • Salary Range: $147,200 – $184,000.
