Overview

The Program Manager, Europe, will lead People Powered’s contribution to Nets4Dem, a major EU-funded consortium. This role involves designing impactful programs and supporting European institutions in citizen engagement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage programs, learning journeys, peer exchanges, and practical tools for public institutions and partners.
• Foster collaboration across sectors and borders, translating innovative ideas into tangible democratic change.
• Steward partnerships within the Nets4Dem consortium and contribute to organizational strategy and fundraising efforts.
• Engage with local governments, practitioners, researchers, funders, and movement leaders to promote participatory democracy.

Requirements

Ideal candidates should have prior European experience, the right to work in the EU, and be comfortable navigating complex environments and building trust across cultures.

Benefits

Salary: EUR €60,000 – EUR €70,000 annually, adjusted for local cost of living.

Location

Remote – Open to applicants in Europe, with a strong encouragement for applications from the Republic of Ireland.
