This is a senior leadership position responsible for:
- Overseeing national programs in Nigeria
- Managing implementing partners (NGOs, health institutions)
- Strengthening healthcare systems for clubfoot treatment
- Driving program growth, quality, and sustainability

🔹 Program Leadership & Partnerships
- Oversee Nigeria portfolio strategy and performance
- Support and strengthen implementing partners
- Engage government bodies like Ministries of Health
- Expand access to underserved communities
🔹 Financial Oversight
- Review budgets and partner financial reports
- Ensure donor compliance and accountability
- Identify risks and improve financial systems
🔹 Monitoring & Evaluation
- Ensure high-quality, reliable program data
- Analyze performance and improve outcomes
- Conduct field visits and validate results
🔹 Team Leadership
- Supervise and mentor local staff
- Drive performance and professional development
🔹 Health Systems Strengthening
- Integrate services into national healthcare systems
- Build partnerships with stakeholders and institutions
🎓
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree (Public Health, Health Policy, etc.)
- 10+ years experience in public health or development programs
- Experience managing NGOs or implementing partners
- Strong background in:
- Program & financial management
- Data analysis & reporting
- Government/stakeholder engagement
