This role offers the opportunity to manage social media strategies for both Shalom Microfinance Bank and Forthermon Construction Ltd, aiming to enhance brand awareness and engage with customers across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Create and manage content on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), and TikTok.
• Promote financial products and construction services through targeted campaigns.
• Generate qualified leads to support customer acquisition for both organizations.
• Manage online customer interactions and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
• Monitor social media performance and provide monthly analytics reports.
• Comply with regulatory guidelines and brand standards.
• Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
• Strong content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience in managing paid social media advertising campaigns.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple brands effectively and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Benefits

The position offers a combined net monthly salary of ₦350,000.
