    Overview

    Dropbox is seeking a Program Manager for its People Operations, Rewards, and Technology team (PORT). This role focuses on delivering operational services and optimizing people processes to enhance the employee experience throughout their careers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee day-to-day operations of the global Contingent Workforce program.
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for CW processes, escalations, and program-related questions.
    • Partner with MSP, suppliers, hiring managers, HR, Legal, and Procurement to ensure consistent program execution.
    • Monitor program processes, identify gaps, and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risks.
    • Maintain and improve CW policies, processes, documentation, and governance.
    • Support reporting, compliance, and program performance tracking.
    • Assist with ServiceNow enhancements and updates.
    • Work with Dropbox vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
    • Ensure standard HR operating procedures are in place with clear SLAs.
    • Collaborate with HR, Recruiting, and Finance teams to conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective action plans.
    • Support project execution and process improvements with HR Project Managers.
    • Maintain documentation and drive communication to stakeholders as necessary.
    • Make recommendations on program/process changes and conduct cost/benefit analysis.
    • Support ad-hoc HR Ops tasks and reporting.
    • Work collaboratively with the onboarding team across regions.
    • Create SOPs and Job Aids as needed for documentation and process streamlining.

    Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience in HR Operations or HR administration in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and troubleshooting abilities.
    • Experience with Workday and HR Operations service request management.
    • Excellent customer service skills with a proven track record of satisfaction.
    • Proficient in Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Gmail, and Google Docs.
    • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
    • Experience with ServiceNow.

    Benefits

    Compensation for this role in Canada ranges from $102,000 to $138,000 CAD.
