Overview
This role involves building and operating the systems and governance that enable the Workforce Planning team to deliver strategic work consistently and at scale. The position reports to the Head of Strategic Workforce Planning, and is focused on planning operations, program delivery, enablement, and coordination with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Workforce Planning operating calendar, including planning cycles, governance forums, and executive reporting.
- Track delivery across all workstreams by monitoring plans, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
- Manage the Enablement & Adoption operating model.
- Package and distribute approved Workforce Planning insights and materials.
- Coordinate training and education sessions to ensure adoption of tools and processes.
- Prepare executive materials using content provided by relevant workstream owners.
- Maintain documentation of decisions, ownership, processes, and workflows.
Requirements
- 8 or more years in program management, business operations, planning operations, or strategy.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Ability to create clear plans and timelines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing risks, dependencies, and blockers.
- A strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Experience with automation and AI-enabled tools for operational workflows.
- Proficiency in leveraging design thinking methodologies.
Benefits
Compensation for this role ranges from $128,400 to $173,700 CAD.
