Overview

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is seeking applications for the position of Programme Analyst, open to Tier 1 and Tier 2 applicants who are Nigerian nationals.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a technical and strategic liaison between UNDP and local commissions/governments.
Coordinate development programmes and track project implementation.
Engage stakeholders and provide policy and technical analysis.
Support monitoring and evaluation, capacity building, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

Master’s degree in International Development, Economics, Business Management, Political Science, or related field.
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of two years relevant professional experience is acceptable.
Experience with government institutions, regional development agencies, or UN systems is desirable.
Fluency in English is required; working knowledge of Igbo is an asset.
Competencies in data analysis, reporting, and project management tools.
