Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of fundraising strategies.
- Assist in drafting proposals for international donors.
- Conduct research to identify funding opportunities and maintain internal databases.
- Coordinate grant proposal processes and support technical documentation.
- Assist in implementing foundation projects such as scholarships and mentorship programs.
- Support the organization of events, including logistics and reporting.
- Monitor project deliverables and evaluate impact.
- Provide assistance to senior management, including calendar coordination.
- Conduct background research for high-level engagements.
- Support collaboration with international partners and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in proposal writing and/or project management.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Interest in sustainability, gender equality, education, and environmental issues.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Experience in NGOs or international organizations (desirable).
- Knowledge of fundraising and partnership development (desirable).
- Additional language skills (German and/or French) (desirable).
- Familiarity with digital tools such as MS Office and Zoom (desirable).
Benefits
- Monthly net salary starting at 2,000 EUR, paid 13 times per year.
- Approximate annual gross salary of 34,913 EUR.
- Salary exempt from Austrian income tax (subject to social security contributions).
