Project Lead @Technical Advice Connect LTD/GTE (TAConnect)

Overview

This role offers the opportunity to drive a flagship national initiative focused on improving maternal and newborn health outcomes across Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic and technical anchor of the Nigeria Maternal, Newborn, Child Health and Nutrition Community of Practice (CoP).
• Lead strategy development and shape national learning agendas.
• Drive evidence synthesis and translate research into policy.
• Align diverse institutions including government, academia, donors, and implementers.
• Oversee research, learning systems, stakeholder engagement, and program delivery.
• Ensure accountability to partners, government systems, and donor expectations.

Requirements

• 12–15 years of experience in public health, implementation research, or health systems strengthening.
• Senior-level leadership experience is essential.
• Advanced qualifications such as a PhD, DrPH, or clinical specialization in related fields.
• Strong understanding of systems dynamics.
