Overview

Badili Africa offers two key positions: Project Officer and Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Officer. These roles are designed for individuals passionate about advancing gender equity and strengthening community-led development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Project Officer

Support the implementation of community-based programmes.
Coordinate project activities and timelines.
Engage with stakeholders and partner organisations.
Contribute to reporting and documentation of project outcomes.
Ensure programmes reflect feminist and inclusive principles.

MEAL Officer

Design and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
Collect, analyse, and interpret programme data.
Support accountability systems and feedback mechanisms.
Produce reports that inform programme improvement and decision-making.
Promote a culture of learning across projects and teams.

Requirements

Experience in project management, monitoring and evaluation, or community development.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and communities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated commitment to social justice and feminist values.
