This role involves supporting vulnerable populations in Northeast Nigeria by identifying and responding to protection risks affecting vulnerable groups, including women, children, and persons with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular protection monitoring through community engagement, focus group discussions, key informant interviews, and direct observation.
Document protection concerns, track trends, and collect data using approved tools and digital platforms.
Engage with the community to promote protective practices and raise awareness of available services.
Support the safe identification and referral of at-risk individuals to appropriate services.
Prepare timely reports, alerts, and updates for project management.
Participate in local coordination meetings within the LGA.
Ensure all activities adhere to core protection principles, including confidentiality and accountability.
