Overview

The role involves serving as a QA Lead at NiCE, focusing on building quality methodologies and leading automation across the organization. This position bridges traditional software quality and AI-powered development.

Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for product quality across human-written, AI-generated, and agent-executed software.
• Analyze testing needs and define QA activities and ownership.
• Develop and execute test strategies across the Cloud Analytics platform.
• Review and approve test cases and complex system scenarios.
• Prepare data-driven quality insights, KPIs, risks, and trends for leadership reporting.
• Lead domain-level RCA reviews for customer-facing bugs and major incidents.
• Own post-deployment quality monitoring and drive the rapid triage of production issues.
• Implement and evolve QA processes to scale testing efforts across services.
• Define acceptance criteria for non-deterministic systems and edge-case testing methodologies for AI features.
• Coordinate cross-organization testing activities.

Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent.
• 3 years of QA leadership experience; minimum 5 years as a QA engineer with at least 4 years of automation experience.
• Experience with large scale production distributed systems and designing tests for them.
• Experience with structured and unstructured data and AI services.
• CI/CD and Test-Driven Development experience.
• Hands-on experience with agentic SDLC and AI-enabled automation workflows.
• Expert in Python and TypeScript; proficiency in at least one compiled language (Java, Go, C#).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
