Overview

Figma is seeking an experienced full life-cycle Recruiter to support its growth in Singapore and across APAC. This full-time role involves building and executing talent strategies and hiring top talent across key business functions within a hybrid working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for business organizations, especially in sales and marketing.
• Partner with leaders to develop top-of-funnel strategies for key roles.
• Source and build pipelines to engage passive talent through cold outreach, events, and content production.
• Leverage data to inform hiring strategies and provide insights to executives.
• Identify and drive business improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting experience in a high-growth business.
• Experience partnering with senior executives on high volume searches.
• Expert knowledge of the SaaS / scaling tech landscape in APAC, especially Singapore.
• Advanced sourcing and passive engagement skills.
• Ability to build a talent strategy alongside hiring managers and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
