Overview
Rillet is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to manage the operational engine of their hiring process. This role requires maintaining smooth interview processes and ensuring an excellent candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end interview scheduling across functions, time zones, and complex loops, including reschedules and high-priority candidates.
- Ensure timely and thoughtful communication with candidates, overseeing the candidate experience from scheduling through to the final decision.
- Maintain accurate and reliable recruiting systems, including ATS data and candidate communications.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to anticipate bottlenecks and keep hiring processes moving.
- Identify recurring operational issues and create better workflows to improve recruiting processes.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of recruiting coordination or similar high-volume operations experience, preferably in a startup or scaling company.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive, capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Strong judgment and ownership, comfortable making decisions and solving problems independently.
- Familiarity with modern ATS, experience with Ashby is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to build trust with candidates and team members.
- Adaptable and calm under pressure when priorities change.

Location
This role requires three days per week in-office in New York City, with flexible work options for the additional days.
