Key Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the systems, workflows, and infrastructure that power recruiting at Rillet.
• Partner closely with recruiters to identify and address sources of friction and manual work.
• Build solutions such as workflows, automations, AI-powered tools, and internal applications.
• Diagnose root causes of issues and redesign processes as necessary.
• Ensure recruiting data is trustworthy and provides clear visibility into pipeline health and funnel performance.
• Automate repetitive tasks while maintaining appropriate manual human interactions.
• Manage recruiting processes post-launch; drive adoption and measure effectiveness.
• Create scalable documentation for systems and processes.
• Evaluate and implement new recruiting technologies and workflows.
• Develop solutions that are suitable for current needs while allowing for future flexibility.

Requirements

• Hands-on builder who can convert operational challenges into effective workflows or tools.
• Strong judgment and systems thinking capability.
• Comfort with experimentation using tools like Zapier, APIs, and scripts.
• Recruiter-focused with an understanding of team challenges before designing solutions.
• Ability to take ownership through all phases from problem identification to solution implementation.
• Preference for simple and effective solutions with minimal complexity.
• Able to gain buy-in and navigate disagreements effectively.
• Highly organized and adept at operating in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
