The successful candidates will connect jobseekers with employment opportunities by identifying organizations with hiring needs and facilitating effective recruitment and placement processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage employers with job vacancies.
• Scout the local environment for potential hiring opportunities.
• Build strong relationships between employers and jobseekers.
• Support the full recruitment cycle to ensure successful job placements.
• Oversee the administrative operations of the Job Centre, including maintaining records and documentation.
• Conduct CV reviews and provide basic career advisory support to jobseekers.
• Facilitate job matching between employers and candidates.
• Ensure an efficient recruitment process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
• Completion of the National Youth Service Corps program.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent organizational ability and attention to detail.
• Proactive approach to achieving placement targets.

Benefits

• Monthly gross salary of 80,000 Naira.
• Additional commission based on performance.
