Overview

Humanity & Inclusion (HI) is seeking a Regional Program Development Specialist to support program development and fundraising in Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor donor strategies and opportunities at country and regional levels.
• Contribute to operational strategy focusing on fundraising.
• Organize and coordinate internal teams for fundraising support.
• Build relationships with donors and partners.
• Lead proposal development for funding requests.
• Design training modules on proposal writing and project management.

Requirements

• Degree in international development or relevant fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience including 2 years in program development.
• Strong knowledge of donor strategies and proposal writing.
• Financial and budget management experience.
• Previous experience with HI is an asset.

Benefits

• Starting salary: €2,757 gross/month.
• Per diem: $604 net/month in Cambodia; €524 net/month in Laos.
• Paid leave: 25 days/year.
