This role is central to driving revenue growth by onboarding enterprise clients and translating AI-powered hiring solutions into measurable business value.

💼 Key Responsibilities

Execute full-cycle B2B sales processes (lead sourcing to contract negotiation)
Apply a consultative sales approach to address client needs
Manage and track sales pipelines using HubSpot CRM
Translate technical product features into clear business outcomes
Engage and influence C-level executives and decision-makers
Collaborate with founders to build scalable sales systems
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

✅ Required Qualifications

3–5 years experience in B2B sales (HR tech, SaaS, recruitment, or fintech preferred)
Proven ability to close enterprise-level deals
Strong network of decision-makers in relevant industries
Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and pipeline management
Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced startup environment
Willingness to travel occasionally for business needs
