Key Responsibilities

• Lead global advocacy strategies and implementation
• Develop policy papers, statements, and UN-level inputs
• Coordinate high-level stakeholder engagement
• Support speech writing and communications outputs
• Oversee social media and website content alignment
• Contribute to research dissemination and reporting
• Participate in fundraising and organizational development

Essential Requirements

• Must be 34 years or younger
• Strong experience in:
  • Advocacy (especially drug policy / human rights)
  • Project management
  • Communications & content creation
• Understanding of UN systems and civil society engagement
• Experience with tools like:
  • WordPress
  • Canva
  • Slack / Google Drive
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• High level of cultural competence and professionalism

• Lived/living experience related to drug policy issues
• Strong design/content skills (e.g., Canva)
• Familiarity with collaborative tools (Slack, Google Drive)
