Overview

The International Tax Observatory is seeking a Research Assistant to contribute to leading research in international corporate taxation.

Key Responsibilities

Building and cleaning large-scale datasets
Conducting econometric analysis and calibrating quantitative models
Preparing research notes and summaries
Contributing to academic paper writing

Requirements

Master’s degree in economics or a closely related field (to be completed by September 2026)
Strong quantitative skills and experience with data analysis tools (Stata, R, or Python)
Keen interest in public or international economics
Excellent written English
Familiarity with corporate tax or accounting data is a plus

Benefits

Salary: €2,500 gross per month
Contract: One year (extendable)
