RevOps Systems Analyst @Zello

Overview

Zello is seeking a RevOps Systems Analyst to manage and optimize their CRM system, primarily HubSpot, ensuring that data is reliable for revenue decisions and AI automations. This position involves working closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and the Revenue Operations team to enhance data quality and system integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer HubSpot workflows, objects, lifecycle stages, and permissions.
• Manage data integration with external systems such as Gong, Aircall, and billing.
• Identify and resolve root causes of data issues and establish recurring audits.
• Create automations using APIs, webhooks, and scripting.
• Collaborate with the AI and Data team on data structure and integrity.
• Manage the RevOps request queue for different departments, determining prioritization of fixes.
• Maintain data standards and explain exceptions when necessary.
• Support lead and list operations for clean CRM records.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in RevOps, SalesOps, or CRM operations, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on experience administering HubSpot in a revenue operations environment.
• Ability to build workflows and explain design considerations.
• Experience with API integrations between CRM and other systems.
• Capability to identify problems and implement sustainable solutions.
• Strong communication skills to maintain standards with various stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI applications in work processes.
