• Maintain a high-velocity sales cadence in a metrics-driven environment.
• Partner cross-functionally with Account Management, Product, and Marketing to enhance partner experience.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in digital media sales or CPG advertising, ideally in a quota-carrying sales role.
• Strong data-driven storytelling skills to synthesize metrics into compelling narratives.
• Consultative sales approach with a proven track record of account growth through education and solution-selling.
• Familiarity with the e-commerce landscape and retail media ecosystem.
• Comfort in a high-activity sales environment, well-organized, and responsive.
• Experience with tools like Salesforce, Google Suite, and Excel/Sheets; familiarity with ad platforms is a bonus.
• Genuine curiosity about the future of retail media and how brands can succeed.
