Overview

Postscript is an AI messaging platform trusted by over 20,000 Shopify brands, aiming to make SMS the primary revenue driving channel. The Sales Engineer will collaborate with various teams to help customers implement conversational commerce solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Become an expert on the Postscript platform and explore all use cases.
• Assist customers in integrating email with SMS strategies.
• Utilize AI tools for discovery calls, demos, and technical content creation.
• Support the sales team in winning new customers.
• Conduct technical discovery calls and document product requests.
• Prepare demos showcasing advanced platform capabilities.
• Deliver proof of concepts by collaborating with onboarding and engineering teams.
• Provide technical support for API integrations and troubleshooting.
• Create technical content on best practices for new features and integrations.
• Innovate solutions for unique customer needs and facilitate technical integrations.

Requirements

• At least 3 years in a customer-facing technical role such as solutions engineer or sales engineer.
• Experience in eCommerce, particularly within the Shopify ecosystem.
• Comfortable with front-end web technologies (JavaScript, CSS).
• Experience with AI tools and features.
• Strong communication skills for translating technical ideas.
• Detail-oriented and curious about technical challenges.
