Overview

The role involves working as a Sales Engineer at UiPath, focusing on understanding customers' business needs and challenges while proposing automation and testing solutions. The position specifically addresses test automation and business process improvements in SAP environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to formulate customer account strategies and proposals.
• Engage with SAP users, business units, and IT departments to understand and organize challenges.
• Propose solutions related to SAP testing, test automation, and business process automation.
• Conduct demonstrations and Proof of Value utilizing UiPath products.
• Create proposals, solution summaries, and technical documentation based on customer requirements.
• Communicate technical content clearly to both business and IT departments.
• Support requirement definition, solution design, and proposal activities for SAP-related projects.
• Collaborate with SAP, system integrators, and technology partners.
• Work with internal teams, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Share feedback and market needs with the internal product team.
• Gather and share knowledge and best practices related to SAP proposals.

Requirements

• Experience as a Delivery Member in SAP projects or as a Presales/Sales Engineer creating SAP-related proposals.
• Knowledge or practical experience with specific SAP modules:
  • SD (Sales and Distribution)
  • MM (Materials Management)
  • PP (Production Planning)
  • FI (Financial Accounting)
  • CO (Controlling)
• Experience in communication with SAP users, business units, or IT departments.
• Understanding customers' requirements and proposing solutions.
• Experience in presentations, demonstrations, and technical explanations for customers.
• Able to explain complex technical content to both technical and non-technical departments.
• Experience collaborating with teams in sales, consulting, implementation support, or system integration.
• Business communication skills in Japanese and proficiency in English.
