Overview
The role of Sales Operations Manager at Scribe involves improving the workflows of various sales roles to ensure efficient operations. Scribe is a rapidly growing company that provides a Specialized Intelligence platform to aid businesses in optimizing their work processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Map the complete day-in-the-life workflow for roles including AE, BDR, CSM, and SE.
- Design the task, queue, and report experience for a consistent workflow.
- Build a manager inspection layer for monitoring adoption.
- Run onboarding cohorts from training to workflow first milestones.
- Manage change adoption when pricing or processes shift.
- Re-architect broken workflows and specify fixes for GTM Systems.
- Provide user support and manage the case queue using Scribe Capture and Optimize.
Requirements
- Experience as a stakeholder or program owner through a CRM or systems implementation at a B2B SaaS company.
- Ability to analyze and redesign broken workflows.
- Understanding of Salesforce and related GTM systems.
- Experience running end-to-end onboarding or training cohorts.
- Comfortable conducting training sessions for large groups.
- Daily user of AI-native tools and advocate for the product.
