Overview

FMR Agency is currently hiring Sales Representatives for full-time roles across multiple locations in Nigeria within the FMCG and cold chain industry.

Key Responsibilities

Driving sales performance and expanding the customer base
Ensuring strong product visibility within assigned territories
Generating sales and meeting monthly targets
Visiting 10 to 15 outlets per day
Building and maintaining customer relationships
Onboarding new clients
Monitoring stock levels to prevent stockouts
Collecting payments and managing credit accounts
Ensuring proper merchandising
Submitting daily sales and activity reports

Requirements

Minimum of an OND qualification
At least one year of field sales experience in FMCG or a related sector
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Honesty, reliability, and ability to handle cash responsibly
Must reside in one of the listed locations

Benefits

Monthly salary of ₦100,000 alongside additional benefits.
