Overview

The Salesforce Developer (Software Engineer) at NICE will maintain and enhance the Salesforce.com platform, designing and building visual force pages, complex triggers, and custom objects. The role involves collaborating with internal teams across sales, marketing, service, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create applications to interface with Salesforce.
• Evaluate existing processes for Salesforce-enabled enhancements.
• Identify automation opportunities in Salesforce.
• Manage daily support and maintenance of the internal Salesforce instance.
• Communicate with project managers, clients, and developers to design cohesive strategies.
• Maintain a flexible work environment to respond to project changes and innovate solutions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support Salesforce functionality and performance.
• Adhere to company Code of Ethics and policies.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in at least one of Apex, Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate), .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core), or a similar language.
• Experience with modern JavaScript front-end development and frameworks is a strong plus.
• Understanding of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell is a plus.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and databases (SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle).
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
