Senior Account Executive @Aurora Solar

Overview

The Senior Account Executive at Aurora Solar will drive new business growth across Europe, particularly in Germany, the UK, France, Italy, Austria, Belgium, Ireland, Spain, and Portugal. The position involves guiding solar installers, EPCs, and energy companies in modernizing their operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Exceed quarterly and annual ARR quotas targeting solar installers, EPCs, and energy companies across Europe.
• Lead full-cycle new business opportunities from prospecting through to close, including discovery and negotiation.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through various sourcing methods.
• Conduct structured discovery conversations that link customer challenges to measurable business outcomes.
• Partner with Solutions Engineering for tailored product demonstrations and solutions proposals.
• Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting within Salesforce.
• Share insights on market, customers, and competition to inform product and go-to-market strategy.
• Represent Aurora at industry events and conferences across Europe.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle, quota-carrying B2B sales experience with a proven track record in consultative selling (SaaS/tech preferred).
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Strong ability in consultative sales, understanding business priorities, and connecting solutions to outcomes.
• Business-level proficiency in both German and English.
• Experience with CRM systems for pipeline and revenue forecasting.
